One time in south Africa Ethnic discrimination was called Apartheid

Amazing to watch another Ethnic and Confessional(religious) in the Northern African Spanish city of Ceuta

As a Spanish enclave surrounded by Moroccan territories and almost half of its inhabitants are Moroccan(Arab Muslims) origin

All of the Moroccan Muslim population have the Spanish I.D as Spanish Citizen at least recognized by the Central government in Madrid recognized by the national constitution as Spanish Citizens with full legal rights

But indeed in the local socioeconomic,Educational,administrative,and Employment things go in the opposite direction

Here to have an Employment as public Employment or local administrative one you need to be Christian Spanish Native person even if the  Curriculum or Experience is similar between Christian Spanish or Muslim(Moroccan) the award here go to the first one

The application or use of Arabic  Language is Forbidden(prohibited)even after many episodes of popular demanding such essential right(Local languages already in use in Catalunya and Pais Vasco in northern Spain

The same happen when Muslim(Moroccan)origin apply to authorize the construction of a Mosque in some Areas as the Center of the City as occur last month when Local government ruled by Popular conservative party

So the results in this bad administered Spanish colony in North Africa that the Unemployment is the highest Nationwide (Officially 26% indeed 4o% Real)

The worst nationwide in Educational field as failing cases (scholar)is the highest among Spanish Provinces

Public Employment is the highest in all the E. U territories as 47% of active population is (mainly christians) are in public(governmental and local authority)

The rest of the population 53% struggling to survive as Trade or Industrial activities are practically absent due to bad administration and the highest Corruption index managing public and European funds

Hope finally that this unusual and abnormal situation can be survived and notified to the International,European and Spanish human rights organizations,European Union commission and parliament as Evident Apartheid Practice in the 21th century  in European (Spanish) administered North African City of Ceuta
