ARTIST SEEKING ARABIC SPEAKING STUDIO ASSISTANT
Artist Mario Pfeifer is seeking a (Moroccan) Arabic speaking studio assistant to help him edit his Conversation Piece [Western Sahara], in collaboration with nomads in the Western Sahara. Ideally this assistant can assist with translation and editing. After Effects knowledge a plus. The Studio Assistant Program, funded by the Milton & Sally Avery Foundation, connects International Studio & Curatorial Program (ISCP) residents to young artists working in New York. Young artists assists our residents with research and production one day a week for three months, and receive a small stipend while gaining from the experience of working with a professional artists.
