Full time job with a multinational BPO, US based organisation is looking for Customer Service Representative:
• Position based in the Dubai Internet City – DIC
• Attractive remuneration package, employment visa and/ or work permit
• Candidates must be on transferable visa and available to join immediately
• Timing: Should be flexible as the work will be in shifts.
• Must be fluent in English, Arabic & French.
Job Role: Customer Service Representative
Role Type: Customer Service
Reporting Structure: To Supervisor/ Team Leader
Type of Experience: 1-2 years experience in a call center environment, preferably in Insurance domain. Fresh graduates with appropriate skills will also be considered.

Key Accountabilities
• Providing first-rate customer service in an Insurance based call center environment in a 24*7 environment
• Trilingual (Arabic, English & French) Call center
• Manage customer expectations & ensure a robust communication rhythm
• Display strong customer handling skills and efficient problem solving to meet customer needs.
Required Skills
• Candidate must have excellent French, Arabic & English skills (written & Verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills are a must.
• Strong customer focus.
Preferred Skills
Candidate should have a strong customer service background in a call center environment
