Oh bird with the broken wing
You will fly again and sing
You don't know but time is a healer
Put that load down and take a breather

Convinced by its brightness
You flew into the light
You landed in darkness
How could this be right?

Treat every new day as new
Let every gone day go
Not all dreams come true
But you don't know which ones do

A Jewel is a Jewel
This world can be cruel
Stick to your ways
You'll embrace the sunrays
