I am not Satisfied with the IER, Imagine!!

Imagine you express an opinion. 
Imagine you speak against an injustice.
Imagine you are snatched from your home while your parents look-on hopelessly.
Imagine them going everyday to various establishments acquiring about your whereabouts to no avail.
Imagine them disrespected in every sense of the word for raising a criminal and a traitor.
Imagine their sleepless nights.
Imagine your mother’s tears.
Imagine your father’s friends’ abandonment for fear of association. 
Imagine your parents having to travel from City A, to City B, to City C, to … trying to find you.  
Imagine al-hala daifa and your parents willing to D'han in hope to locate you.
Imagine your brothers and sisters denied basic rights as you are a traitor and a criminal.
Imagine your 10 year old brother having serious problems in school for being your brother.
Imagine, Imagine, Imagine…

How could all this be undone?  It cannot.
Justice is not about revenge, it’s about closure and healing deep wounds.   
Accountability is not about revenge, it’s about deterrence.
