born in Mohammédia, Morocco, in 1966.studied at the Faculty of Letters of Mohammédia and the King Fahd Advanced School of Translation, Tangiers. got a B.A. in English in 1990 and a translator’s diploma in 1994. published first novel, "The Poet: A Tale from Medieval North Africa" , in Morocco in 2004. currently teaching English in Mohammédia, Morocco.
